We now seek a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our treatment team at Rosewood Ranch in Wickenburg, AZRosewood Ranch is located on 14 beautiful acres, high in the Sonoran Desert, with breathtaking views of the Bradshaw Mountains.

Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing landscaping and facilities careThis position interacts with others as a professional, flexible, safety conscious, and collaborative team member to ensure that the location's operating priorities are achieved with consistent excellence and precision.
Shift:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Day Shift Responsibilities Include:
:
Maintains, repairs, and corrects all building components as assigned, which may include but are not limited to:
general fire alarm systems, beds, TV's, plumbing, medical gas outlets, nurse call pneumatic tube system, elevators, furniture, fixtures and equipmentKeeps the designated manager informed as to the needs and / or changes required to keep the facility operating in a safe and well maintained condition.
Provides first line of response to facility maintenance needs to assure maximum operational effectiveness of the facilityProvides all required and appropriate documentation.
Works with all other divisions and departments to meet the facility maintenance, installation and construction needs, as assignedRecommends use of outside maintenance specialty contractors as appropriateOversees and monitors outside maintenance specialty contractors to assure compliance with established hospital standards.
Monitors maintenance repair work, alterations and renovation upgrades to the facility, as assignedWorks with construction installation activities and processes to ensure the integrity of established facility standards, as requested.
Maintains maintenance components, materials and supplies at an appropriate level within budgetary constraintsProvides building maintenance input and feedback to the designated manager.
Maintains records for facility compliance with all applicable authorities having jurisdiction including, local, state, federal and all other regulatory codes pertaining to any and all components of the facility maintenance systemsAs required, attends annual code compliance and training.
Incumbents in this position work somewhat independently under general supervision and fulfill responsibilities using specialized skills and knowledgeThis position interacts with a wide variety of individuals including staff, co-workers, patients, physicians, visitors, regulatory agencies, surveyors, inspectors, contractors, and vendorsThis position is facility based and has no budgetary responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
Ability to communicate with the patient community.
High School diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older in accordance with Deptof Health Services R9-20-204.
Must possess a current AZ DPS fingerprint card.
